LOFTS AT SUGAR RIVER

UK Architects' renovation of this historic mill building into loft-style condominiums highlights the interior timber construction and brick walls of the old structure. The units overlook the Sugar River and feature views of Mt. Ascutney. In addition to providing housing, the renovation of this building will contribute to the revitalization of Claremont's downtown community.
